My TOS and other information
• Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me for commercial works, there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
• I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
• I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise.
• I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
• I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
• Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) weeks to complete the commission just in case something arises. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, lineart and flat colors.
• Reposting and sharing the artwork is fine, but please give credit!
• Please provide visual references. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
• Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission.Process
• Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch, lineart and flat colors for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.
• Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested.
• Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work. No physical product will be delivered.Payment
• At this point in time i am only able to take payments through Ko-Fi or Paypal
• I strongly prefere payment to be sent after the approval of the sketch. In a case that is not possible i will still continue the work, but all progress photos and finished version will have unpaid commission' written on it just to avoid anyone running off with artwork without payment.
• If i finish the commission and you will fail to pay me for my work i am allowed to re-use the sketch/lineart for YCH/another commission, with a reduced price and disclaimer about it.Adoptables
• If you bought one of my designs/adoptables you are allowed to make changes in their design, story and information as much as you'd like.
• You may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid unless it comes with extra art you commissioned. You may NOT raise the price to account for gifted artwork or artwork the character got from Artfight.
• Trading and gifting is allowed.
• You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character. You must always credit me as the creator of the design.
• All adopts are non commercial by default. If you need an adopt for commercial purposes, this can be disscussed with me, but a fee will be involved.
• Please refrain from using my designs for hateful topics and NSFW content.Commissioning me, means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.What i am okay with drawing:
• Heavy scaring and/or a bit of blood
• Complex designs
• Slight redesigns (on request!)
• Designing new outfits (although im still new to drawing clothes, so please keep that in mind!)
• Artistic nudity/doll anatomy
